ASMP Oregon Takes A Stand Against Sexual Harassment In the Creative Industry
Lewis & Clark Law: This is the live recording of the ASMP panel talk I participated in with Gia Goodrich, several impactful lawyers, and Option Model Management's Kit Garrett. We open up a dialog and start to tackle the age we are in with sexual harassment, our responsibility as creative leaders, and best practices. Its the start of an ongoing series developed to open up dialog between different genders and those in decision making roles within the creative industry.
Its starts a little slow, and has some potentially triggering language. (Probably best listened to on headphones while working on a project or working out). I did the later!
NOTE: If you are an events organizer at your creative agency, marketing agency or brand and you have an interest in hosting similar talks to focus on clearly stating best practices for your production crews, designers and marketing teams, I invite you to reach out to me to help.
